JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To supports the sales team and customers by handling various tasks that help drive sales and maintain customer relationships to meet sales target.
  • Cooperate with sales to complete tenders. Contact with customers for AR tracking and sales following.
  • Following the guidance from Sales Manager
  • Understand local government healthcare policy, market trend
  • Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to Abbott policy and requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare related field.
  • With EP experience are preferred
