We are looking for an outstanding team member to help us grow our floorplan business in the North Carolina region and work with our amazing dealership partners. As a Floorplan Sales Associate, you will use strong interpersonal skills and a proven sales aptitude to establish new dealership relationships. You will also be a leading support member to our floorplan operations team. With the guidance of the floorplan operations team you will educate, prospect, and support our dealership partners. Your work will help drive brand awareness and grow our dealership network.
Responsibilities:
Engage new and current dealerships in person to drive growth by achieving goals and performance targets
Strategize with the floorplan operations team to plan and execute programs for new dealerships
Provide feedback to the floorplan team about dealership program needs
Utilize platforms and tools required for floorplan underwriting and originations
Optimize dealerships’ utilization of credit lines
Help support the company with risk management, risk mitigation recovery, and collections
Responsible for weekly travel to dealers in the Georgia region
Requirements:
Outstanding customer, communication, and organizational skills
High level of integrity
Strong sense of teamwork yet able to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with others
Prior experience at a dealership, auction, or in floorplan/auto lending a plus but not required
