The Program Control Analyst provides project control support to the Index Delivery organization to include project setup, forecasts, and profit and loss analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers across the following functions via the internal monthly PCO reporting cycle:
- Maintain the Estimate at Complete (EAC) for various programs, including baseline development, analysis of actuals, monthly forecasting, and review and analysis of the resulting EAC.
- Tracking and forecasting of Revenue, generation of internal change requests, subcontractor cost management, customer and subcontractor invoice tracking, and profit analysis.
- Generate Internal and external financial reporting as needed, assist in the preparation of the Monthly Status Reports.
- Conduct project pricing exercises and what if analyses.
- Set up of projects, charge codes and labor categories in Unanet, and maintenance of the EACs therein for assigned projects. Perform Unanet training to project managers as needed.
- Support other efforts as requested to include project specific support, new bid pricing efforts, corporate analyses and ad hoc activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- US citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or higher in relevant discipline required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience performing program control, pricing or related financial management functions.
- Prior generation of financial processes and SOPs preferred.
- Unanet experience is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication required.
The salary range provided represents the estimated compensation for new hires in this position, applicable across all locations. Actual offers may vary based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
