Summary/Objective

As a member of the Marketing team and reporting to the Senior Creative Manager, the Graphic Design Production Artist will collaborate with the Integrated Solutions team to ensure seamless application of translation updates to print and digital materials across multiple languages. 

In addition to translation implementation, the Graphic Design Production Artist will manage the layout and production of documents and presentations related to new learning content and certification materials. This includes applying strong design principles such as typography, visual alignment, and consistency to deliver polished and professional materials.

This position requires a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the quality and accuracy of translated materials, ensuring they align with brand standards and effectively serve our international audience.

Essential Functions

• Collaborate and communicate closely with Marketing and Integrated Solutions teams to establish project priority and production process 
• Apply and adapt supplied translation edits to various print and digital materials and assets for global use and distribution
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide production-ready assets for print and digital applications, and resolve issues that arise during production
• Manage, organize, and track complex material files and file name conventions
• Adjust layout and design as needed to ensure brand and design consistency across all languages and material sets
• Provide updates using collaborative project management software
• Create PDFs for review and upload to file sharing platform
• Review and optimize production-ready documents for accessibility 
• Ensure digital document security to protect IP

• A strong portfolio of graphic design projects for print and digital applications
• Experience working with digital assets for web, e-learning, and motion graphic applications is preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for Mac, with emphasis on InDesign required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Mac, with emphasis on PowerPoint required
• Process orientation with strong and consistent attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
• Meticulous file management and version tracking
• A bachelor’s degree and/or substantial work experience in design or other related positions is preferred
• Experience working with multi-language content is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player who can work independently while remaining open to creative collaboration and constructive feedback
