About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize Doppel’s digital presence. This role is perfect for a seasoned marketer with a passion for website management, data-driven strategies, and leveraging cutting-edge digital marketing tools. As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing our website, driving paid advertising efforts, optimizing SEO performance, and tracking the metrics that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management:

    • Own and manage Doppel’s website using Webflow, ensuring seamless user experiences and brand consistency.

    • Collaborate with internal teams for website updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting.

    • Monitor and improve website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall functionality.

  • SEO Optimization:

    • Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

    • Manage relationships with SEO agencies, ensuring alignment with Doppel’s goals and delivering measurable results.

    • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.

  • Paid Advertising:

    • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn

    • Monitor and analyze performance to maximize ROI, adjusting strategies based on campaign results.

  • Analytics & KPI Tracking:

    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.

    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMRush analytics to generate actionable insights.

    • Create detailed reports to inform stakeholders of campaign progress and areas for improvement.

  • Social Media Management:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as X and LinkedIn.

    • Create and curate compelling content that aligns with Doppel’s voice and brand identity.

    • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with content, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

    • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to scale marketing efforts efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management and SEO.

  • Proficiency in Webflow.

  • Proven expertise in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
