Job description

bwise Media is a global sports media agency, specialized in the monetization of sports websites and apps and furthermore specialized in managing advertising sales to sports betting operators. We are a dynamic and fast-growing player in the iGaming industry, committed to delivering top-tier digital marketing solutions to clients around the world. 

We are seeking a Programmatic Manager (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing programmatic advertising strategies that drive revenue and performance for our websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute and manage programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs, SSPs and DMPs
  • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing data, adjusting bids, targeting and creative strategies
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet performance KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends, platforms and tools to ensure the best programmatic solutions
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programmatic advertising in the iGaming or digital marketing sectors
  • Strong understanding of SSPs and DMPs and how they integrate within the programmatic ecosystem
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation, retargeting and lookalike modeling
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, DV360, and other relevant programmatic technologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive successful partnerships
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ideally Naples based
