Job description

Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Temporary Attorney. This position will be located remotely.

Responsibilities:

Negotiate and draft contracts, agreements, publications, and other legal documents and provide monitoring and advisement to ensure that they meet corporate strategic objectives.
Provide counsel to colleagues on contractual obligations and other legal liabilities.
Draft and revise standard agreement templates and processes as necessary to improve efficiency and stay up-to-date with legal requirements.
Educate colleagues on changing regulations and basics of contractual review and execution.
Consult with external counsel and advisors on particularly complex or international matters.
Investigate potential parties to contracts and manages relationship expectations from a legal perspective.
Assist with other legal matters based on areas of expertise as necessary.

Credentials and Education:

Juris doctorate from an accredited law school and
Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry preferred or
An equivalent combination of education or experience

Compensation:

Base pay for this role is between $46.11 and $58.79 hourly. Base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location
