Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.
  • Utilize AI tools to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback to management to help improve customer service processes using AI insights.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and how they can be applied to enhance customer service.
