Job description

About the Role:
Wristcheck is growing! We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist to ensure that each and every customer receives the best experience possible, round-the-clock. You will be a supportive ear for customers before, during, and after the buying and selling process, and will work closely with our sales and operations teams to meet our customers' every need.

This is a fully remote contract role based in Hong Kong, with dynamic hours depending on inquiry volume and business requirements. Candidates open to working nights and/or weekends are welcome and encouraged to apply!

What you'll be doing:
  • Providing first-class support to Wristcheck customers and sellers, handling requests, inquiries, and complaints with compassion, professionalism, and promptness
  • Addressing issues and inquiries through online channels (including Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook messages, and live chat) in compliance with our SLA, SOPs, and brand tone of voice
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and tech teams to filter and assign inquiries, feedback system issues, and provide updates on volume and quality of leads

  • What you'll bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, or client relations, preferably in the luxury or e-commerce industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency in online chat platforms and CRM software is a plus but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential
