We are looking for an experienced, strategic, ambitious and highly skilled Account Executive to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fast-growing company. As an Account Executive, you should be solution-oriented, results-driven and customer-centric, whilst helping us achieve our business goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and expand our existing client account portfolio.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
Manage a portfolio of clients to meet sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients
Initiates, builds and maintains relationships with new clients with the aim of expanding the portfolio of clients
Gain an understanding of client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their current and future training needs
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing account opportunities
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client requirements
Developing solid sales proposals to ensure ongoing existing client growth
Excellent communication and presentation skills to present learning solutions to a large audience
Get feedback and suggest ways to increase client engagement
Resolve issues and handle client complaints quickly and effectively
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clients' needs are met and excellent service is provided
Monitor and track sales metrics and targets in line with business objectives
