The Job:

Analyze and compare clients' existing and proposed insurance contracts to assess the competitiveness of their benefit packages
Develop and deliver RFPs and marketing presentations tailored to carrier proposals
Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure alignment with strategic goals and initiatives
Maintain accurate and detailed records within client-management software systems
Provide critical support to Senior Analysts to ensure seamless operations
