Information Technology Project Manager

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit an experienced and results driven IT Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects across the Group.

This role encompasses overseeing a diverse range of projects, including the implementation of new systems and the enhancement of existing ones, with a strong focus on delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and on budget. As the IT Project Manager, you will lead global business teams and coordinate with external third-party vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Success in this role will rely on your expertise in creating detailed project plans, effectively managing resources, and maintaining strong alignment with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead medium to large-scale enhancements and integrations from conception to completion.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and track deliverables.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain project momentum.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, adhering to governance frameworks.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive organizational change by managing communication and adoption plans for end users.
• Ensure thorough documentation and seamless handovers to support team’s post-implementation.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably within SAP applications or manufacturing environments.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner, Agile Certified Practitioner, ITIL Certification).
• Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing global teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
