Job description

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to develop and execute project plans, ensure alignment with objectives, and lead milestone tracking and risk management. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, organize meetings, provide project updates, and support change management efforts. Bachelor’s degree and proven project management experience required, with strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Lead project execution activities, including milestone tracking, issue resolution, and risk management, to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Vendor, Product, and Business teams to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Organize and lead regular meetings, workshops, and working sessions to drive consensus and obtain sign-off for key project milestones.
  • Provide regular project updates and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Support change management efforts by providing guidance, training, and support to teams.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the context of system migrations or implementations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive consensus among diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
