About the Role:
As a ‘Professional Services Engineer’ within Customer Success you work closely with the customer network and infrastructure team to help drive implementations of the Arctic Wolf Managed Detection and Managed Risk services for our large enterprise class customers. You are creative and a self-starter – always looking for ways to improve processes and create a better customer experience.
