Presales Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Solution Presentation

  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners, continuously exploring upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Codvo products or services in close collaboration with the Sales Team/Customer Success Team.


Solution Design & Proposal Development

  • Create solution documents/business proposals, respond to RFQs/RFPs, and create quick proofs-of-concept/custom demos/integrations to help the sales team negotiate contracts and drive deal closures.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation such as (SoWs), (BRD),(FSD), Technical Specifications, and other design documents to support presales efforts.


Strategic Vision & Market Analysis

  • Lead the strategic direction of presales activities to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive analysis to support growth in key domains.


Customer-Centric Approach & Feedback Incorporation

  • Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders, incorporating it into presales activities to ensure the final solutions meet user needs.
  • Assess customer needs and arrive at the best solution via close collaboration with the client’s POCs, sales team, product/technology team, delivery team, and partner teams as required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) and an MBA.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in presales role in technology solutioning company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, addressing key pain points of client.
  • Experience creating business/commercial proposals and responding to RFQs/RFPs.
  • Experience in one or more industry verticals from Retail & CPG, Travel & Transportation, Financial Services, or High-Tech & Manufacturing
  • Ability to grasp new technologies and drive executions quickly.
  • Knowledge and experience in AI, Data, CRM, Cloud, Product engineering is preferred.
  • Experience working in a start-up/early-stage organization is a plus.


Job Location: Remote

Work Timings: 2.30 pm - 11.30 pm IST
