En Sandav estamos buscando un/a Consultor/a de GENESYS ENGAGE para proyecto de larga duración y de carácter internacional (necesario buen nivel de inglés, B2 oral y escrito), de mantenimiento y evolución de una plataforma de Contact Center en una compañía dinámica y fuerte a nivel tecnológico, pudiendo teletrabajar 100% remoto desde cualquier ubicación de España.

Requisitos
Experiencia de 3-4 años en administración de plataformas Contact Center Genesys Engage aportando expertise en el conjunto de tecnologías Genesys (como CTI, SIP, IVR Composer, Outbound,...)
Experiencia en integraciones multicanal y bots aplicados en los diferentes canales, como por ejemplo: Chat, Chatbot, Whatsapp, otros.
Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones de enrutamiento para voz y multicanal utilizando Composer.
Experiencia comprobada en integraciones con API basadas en REST y SOAP.
Buen conocimiento del enrutamiento de llamadas desde la red del operador a la red local a través de una troncal SIP.
Valorable conocimiento en IP PBX
