We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively manage and elevate our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing teams, media agencies, and content studio to develop and execute an impactful social media calendar and implement best practices in social media. Additionally, you will collaborate with Consumer Engagement Services (CES) specialists to actively engage with the online community and foster meaningful interactions on social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with brand managers and marketing teams to develop and implement social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating growth.
Create content calendars, plan campaigns, produce the content with the internal creative team, and establish the brand's tone of voice in social media guidelines.
Monitor and analyze social media data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Work closely with the CES team responsible for interactions moderation
Work with brand managers to identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the company's message and reach a wider audience.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends and explore new opportunities to enhance the brand's presence and engagement.
What will make You successful:
Experience in social media strategy, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
Ability to plan engaging content for social media, and produce it with the creative team.
Experience in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on social media metrics.
Skills in managing social media campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience in managing cross-functional projects.
