About You

As the Social Media & Content Manager at Total Life, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, growing our social media initiatives, and create engaging content. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work directly with the CEO on special projects, gain insight into the inner workings of a start-up, and make a meaningful impact on our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to target audiences, platform-specific trends, and overall business objectives.
  • Content Planning: Create and manage a social media content plan that aligns with marketing campaigns, and community-building efforts.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Act as a primary liaison between the brand and its community, ensuring timely and effective communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools to adapt strategies and maintain relevance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rate, click-through rate, and conversions. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in content creation, marketing, or related fields.
  • Smart, intuitive, and strategic thinker passionate about building ideas and developing processes.
  • Must have proven experience with graphic design and branding.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Sharp, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong academic background with good grades, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership on special projects is a plus.
  • Experience working for a start-up is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
