Lead Generator and Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and research potential leads.
    Utilize various tools and platforms to generate and qualify leads.
    Maintain and update the lead database regularly.
  • Lead Nurturing:
    Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
    Engage with leads through personalized communication and follow-ups.
    Track and report on the progress of lead nurturing efforts.
  • Email Follow-Ups:
    Draft and send follow-up emails to clients, leads, and stakeholders.
    Maintain an organized email inbox and respond promptly to inquiries.
    Track and manage email communications for projects and tasks.
  • Email Support:
    Provide exceptional email support to clients and team members.
    Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
    Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided.
  • Payroll:
    Manage payroll processes, including data entry and verification.
    Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages.
    Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in lead generation and nurturing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack).
