About The Role
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Penbrothers International Inc., you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for our clients. You will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. You will handle technical positions such as but not limited to software and web development roles, data science roles, network & IT infra roles, engineerin and architecture roles, and more.
What You’ll Do
Execute end-to-end talent acquisition from job advertisement & sourcing, to application screening and initial interviewing, endorsing to hiring managers, facilitating various levels of interviews, job offer discussion & negotiation, and pre-onboarding.
Fill technical roles such as but not limited to Software Engineers, Web Developers, QA, BA, Project Manager, other Engineering roles, Web & UI/UX Designers, CRM & ERP Administrators & Developers, and other similar roles.
Manage requisitions for both existing and new clients. Manage healthy relationships with hiring managers from various clients and hiring departments.
Review job descriptions, scope hiring requirements, and participate in calibration activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of information needed to close requisitions within the defined SLAs.
Maintain and update records, tools, and systems to ensure that accurate and up-to-date data are used for reporting, reviews, and other similar purposes.
Collaborate and work effectively with the immediate team and the entire TA department and contribute to both departmental and organizational success.
Participate in market research activities and other departmental undertakings to contribute in process improvements.
Collaborate and maintain a healthy relationship with other departments such as but not limited to People & Culture, Customer Success, Sales, IT Operations, Senior Management, etc.
