We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Commercial Counsel to join Circ, a fast-growing, tech-enabled textile manufacturing company. Circ is on a mission to revolutionize the fashion industry through circular fashion systems, turning clothing waste into reusable raw materials. In this role, you will manage and negotiate commercial contracts, particularly long-term sales contracts like offtake agreements, while providing legal counsel on corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with US contracts, a proven track record of operating in an international environment, and a law degree from a reputable law school. Additionally, a proactive approach to legal projects and experience in high-growth environments will be key to success in this role.
This position is remote within Europe, and if based in Amsterdam, co-working office space is available. Join us as we lead the way in sustainable fashion, leveraging innovative technology to eliminate fashion's environmental impact.
