About The Role

The Brand Manager will drive brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and strong presence across channels. This role involves managing campaigns, boosting community engagement, and collaborating with teams and agencies to enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align brand objectives with company goals and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Refine brand positioning to ensure it resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage and grow brand social media channels to build community engagement.
  • Drive community engagement strategies to enhance brand share of voice.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including ads, events, and influencer collaborations.
  • Create innovative, platform-specific content for social media, websites, and offline channels.
  • Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track KPIs and leverage data to optimize brand strategies.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget and collaborate with the finance team.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer interactions.
  • Lead external agencies and manage high-priority projects with tight deadlines.
  • Own and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the brand.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in brand management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand development, and campaign management.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize branding efforts.
  • Creativity in campaign ideation and storytelling.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership in managing agencies and driving results.
