Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe audio recordings of depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings, ensuring adherence to specified style guides.
• Maintain an unwavering focus on detail to capture spoken words precisely, while demonstrating familiarity with legal terminology and excellent grammar.
• Collaborate effectively with our in-office support team as needed, ensuring timely processing and delivery of transcripts.
  
  

Required Skills

• Significant experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
• Exceptional listening abilities and a strong command of literacy skills, including spelling and grammar.
• Ability to work independently while strictly adhering to deadlines and client-specific guidelines.
• Proficient typing skills in both speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with extreme audio/text content, demonstrating the ability to handle potentially sensitive materials.
