  • The starting salary that Lucet reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $95,000 - $105,000 annually, PLUS an annual performance-based, discretionary . Compensation is dependent on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills, education/degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

What You Will Do - Essential Functions

As the Product Manager at Lucet, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and address business challenges. You will work closely with the Director of Product Management throughout the product lifecycle, assisting with design, analysis, and story development. The successful candidate will use data-driven insights to prioritize product decisions and work cross-functionally with teams including Business Analysts, Engineering, and QA.

  • Executing product strategy and ensuring alignment- Implementing the vision of Product Strategy and the Director of Product Management at a tactical level to ensure smooth execution against the Product Roadmap.
  • Customer advocacy- Being the voice of the customer in prioritization, planning and design sessions
  • Problem-solving and clear communication- Translating business problems to functional requirements and well-rounded user stories
  • Detail-oriented solution design - Developing Functional Specifications where needed to support the user stories

Who You Are

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2-5 years of experience in a product management or product owner role
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
    • Strong writing and collaboration skills
    • Ability to distill complex problems into non-complex language
    • Experience developing user stories, establishing acceptance criteria, and conducting backlog grooming
    • Ability to translate user feedback into actionable designs and specifications
    • History analyzing business needs and gaps in product performance
    • General understanding of Product Management principles and processes
    • Understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodology

  • Working Conditions:
    • Work is performed from home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is necessary.
    • A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.
    • High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting).
