Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. The VA will handle complex customer inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across all touchpoints. The position requires the ability to manage high-volume inquiries, maintain strong relationships, and represent the company with professionalism and expertise.



What You'll Do:

  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring responses are accurate, timely, and tailored to meet the needs of each individual

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve escalated customer complaints or concerns, aiming for effective and satisfactory resolutions in a professional manner

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs proactively

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to provide expert-level assistance to customers

  • Order and Account Management: Process customer orders, manage accounts, and track inquiries and issues through a CRM system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently

  • Customer Education: Educate customers about product features, services, and company policies to ensure a clear understanding of offerings and processes

  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to share with management, identifying areas for improvement in customer service and product offerings

  • Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues, preparing reports on customer service performance as needed

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends and customer service best practices, implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record in handling customer interactions

  • Strong ability to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and professionalism

  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer service software. Experience with support ticketing systems is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in business or related field is a plus
