Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Research Specialist is to conduct in-depth research using various sources to obtain information from public records. This position requires a strong ability to analyze and interpret information and data to provide accurate and timely results to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

College level or equivalent required. College graduate preferred;
1+ years prior experience in an office setting, preferably in the BPO industry;
Exp. in Salesforce;
Able to navigate between multiple windows / browsers with ease, perform extensive internet research and type 45 WPM;
Working knowledge of G Suite and Microsoft Office products;
Data Analyst or other related jobs are welcome to apply;
Ability to sit at a desk and working on computer for periods of time;
Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.

Requirements:

Remote | Philippine-wide
Full-time Graveyard Shift
5 days a week, 2 days off, rdot when needed
Salary for this position will depend on the candidate's level of qualifications and experience.
For permanent position.
Not presently employed by another company.

Responsibilities:

Sort and process data for an organization.
Perform a variety of administrative data tasks, including general data entry and data interpretation.
Conduct research and manage data.
Communicate results from the gathered data to the respective department or client.
Perform records searches via select databases and sites.
Follow policies, procedures, and assigned workflows set by department leadership.
Determine reportable records for the client by sorting through data.
Understand and apply guidelines in search criteria.
Analyze data appropriately, adhering to strictly regulated procedures and quality standards.
Learn and retain information to apply it in specific job situations.
Provide support in a team-based environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and/or applicants as needed.
Meet team productivity and accuracy standards.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed.
