Job description

Spiralyze is a data-driven A/B testing company headquartered in the United States with clients from major brands such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, Abbott, American Express, Dream Host, TechSmith, VWO, and many more. We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.

We are looking for an awesome Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and deliver top talent efficiently! 

Key Responsibilities

  • Screening. Conduct initial screenings and schedule candidates for interviews.
  • Analysis. Track sourcing metrics to improve quality and speed.
  • Feedback. Incorporate feedback from interviews to refine sourcing.
  • Channels. Use diverse platforms and tools to build talent pipelines.
  • Strategy. Create and execute sourcing plans to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Experience. Nice to have 1+ year(s) in talent sourcing or similar roles.
  • Tools. Skilled in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search, and AI-powered tools. Nice to have knowledge of niche platforms (Behance, Dribbble, GitHub, etc).
  • Communication. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Organization. Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytics. Analytical skills for tracking and interpreting metrics. 
  • Outreach. Proven ability to connect with passive and active candidates.
