Responsibilities

Manage, support, and improve IT infrastructure using Microsoft and related technologies.
Provide Level 2 and 3 support for day-to-day operations and IT infrastructure.
Deliver exceptional IT solutions and ensure the stability of client systems.
Design, install, and maintain new systems to meet client needs.
Interface with clients, delivering projects and addressing technical issues.
Play a pivotal role in the planning and development of Brisbane operations.
Participate in ongoing mentoring and internal advancement opportunities.
Provide stability and reliability to client systems while managing expectations.
Travel to client sites as needed, with compensation for travel costs.

Requirements

Proven track record in IT support or recent experience with an IT service provider.
Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server, Active Directory).
Knowledge of virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware, networking, Linux server management, and storage arrays (e.g., Synology, HP).
Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting client expectations.
Current Australian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
