The Senior Program Account Manager (Sr. PAM) is a strategic and results-driven professional responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-profile client accounts. This role requires a balance of client relationship management, project execution, and team leadership to ensure that each program is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. The Senior PAM will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and creative teams to execute innovative programs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand client business goals and objectives, ensuring that HALO’s solutions are tailored to meet their needs.
- Actively identify opportunities for account growth and provide strategic recommendations to AEs and clients.
Program Leadership:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex promotional programs, including strategy development, production, fulfillment, and post-program analysis.
- Ensure seamless program delivery by managing timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Monitor program performance, providing regular reports and updates to clients and internal teams.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Mentor Program Account Managers and/or Program Account Coordinators, providing guidance on best practices, program execution, and client management.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth, skill development, and knowledge sharing.
- Support the team with problem-solving and strategic decision-making, especially for high-stakes or complex programs.
Business Growth and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to help secure additional business and build long-term relationships.
- Contribute to the development of account strategies, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational goals and objectives.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and maintain efficient processes for program execution, ensuring that all internal stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of managing large, complex client programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience leading teams to success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior-level clients.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, managing budgets, and delivering results.
- Experience in the promotional products industry or a similar field is preferred highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Monday, Smartsheet, or similar tools).
Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $53,000 and $80,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors.
