Job description

Great that you're thinking about a career with BSI!

Position: Associate Product Certification Auditor (Construction or Fire Suppression Products)

Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi (Remote/Field Based)

Job Type: Self-Employed/Consultancy

Compensation: Paid at a day rate for days worked

Have you considered a career as an Auditor? Are you interested in applying your expertise across the wider manufacturing industry and within a highly rewarding environment, where you’ll be able  to make a much broader impact?

If the answer is yes, then BSI are currently recruiting for an associate/freelance auditor to support our product certification business in delivering assessments against construction products or fire suppression products.

For this role candidates should hold experience in delivering internal or external client audits against standards including BS EN 197-1 (Cement), BS EN 1401-1, BS EN 1329-1, BS EN 1452-2 (Plastic Piping) or BS EN 1866 (Mobile Fire Extinguishers) or BS EN 3 (Portable Fire Extinguishers).

Expertise in auditing against ISO 9001 QMS is also required.

As an Auditor:

As a BSI auditor you will support clients through their assessment process with us to achieve certification to various standards, Kitemarks and schemes that BSI deliver.

No two days are the same; we serve a wide range of clients from SME to global brands across broad industry sectors, and with opportunities to work onsite at client locations and remotely.

Our auditors are responsible for taking clients through their audit process and once completed, you’ll be responsible for creating the report and presenting your findings; ultimately helping our clients to improve.
