This is a remote position.

Description of Duties
  • Conducting statewide program and information system analysis.
  • Assisting in the implementation of enforcement orders.
  • Coordinating licensed setting inspections and meetings with licensing staff.
  • Overseeing the fines management system and conducting onsite inspections.
  • Coordinating referrals and criminal investigations with law enforcement agencies.
  • Reviewing incident reports and assigning priority levels for complaints.
  • Designing and conducting research studies relating to licensed settings.
  • Assisting in data entry and data analysis.
  • Generating weekly and monthly reports using data collection methods.
  • Ensuring data integrity through regular monitoring of database systems.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and recommending revisions to policies and regulations.
  • Coordinating information technology applications to support program operations.
  • Providing guidance, direction, and technical support to staff in the office.


Requirements
Educational Requirements / Relevant Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Health or Human services related course of study (e.g., Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Physician, EMT) OR
  • Associates Degree in a Health or Human Services related course of study AND 2 years’ experience in the field OR
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a health or human services related field demonstrating an ability to perform the description of duties and essential functions.
