With over 1700 shops actively engaged in our program, we provide coaching, training and the largest buying program in the automotive aftermarket for Independent Shop Owners.  Our members have cumulatively increased their Gross Profits by almost $3.0 Billion dollars through the ATI program.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The sole goal of our Owners Event is to sell Re-Engineering Packages. To that end, we need to be constantly focused on the quality and viability of the prospects we are selling tickets to.  Thus, the number one goal of the New Business Development Team is to fill scheduled events with owners that not only have a need for our services but have the ability to invest in our Re-engineering program.

The goal of the Inside Sales Professional will be to:

  • Convince shop owners, partners, and wives to invest and attend an ATI owner’s event, strategy sessions and fill out questionnaires.
  • Sell the minimum amount of qualified tickets agreed upon on the Commitment to Excellence
  • Meet daily talk time and dial requirements (90 dials and or 2:20 of talk time).
  • Help NBD maintain a healthy Buyer Present (definitions below) rate of greater than 70% of shops showed.
  • Worked the agreed upon schedule set by ATI and approved by their team leader.
  • Conduct themselves in a professional manner among ATI associates and clients.
  • Be present and punctual at all ATI company meetings, NBD room meetings, Shop Owners Day One class and training events for NBD.

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
