Here's a taste of what you’ll be you’ll be doing:

• Supportive Leadership: Guide and mentor a talented team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to perform at their best.

• Supportive Leadership: Proven experience in guiding and managing engineering teams, creating an environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and shared success.

• Strong Technical Foundation: Strong technical background with experience in mobile development, ideally with React Native and or Flutter

• Strategic Vision: A thoughtful approach to shaping the technical direction of the team, ensuring alignment with broader goals and encouraging innovative thinking.

• Delivery Excellence: A history of delivering high-quality software solutions, demonstrating a commitment to meeting user needs and driving impactful outcomes.

• Agile and Collaborative Practices: Advocates for agile methodologies and DevOps principles, championing continuous improvement, teamwork, and automation to enhance efficiency.

• Empathetic Communicator: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with stakeholders and creating a culture of trust and understanding.

• Location – London - E.ON Next, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, London, EC1M 6PB with travel to our other sites when required.

• Working environment: Flexible hybrid working – a blend of in the office and home working.
