This is a remote position.

We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile App Engineering Manager to lead our mobile app development team. In this role, you will drive the technical vision, manage engineering teams, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and innovative mobile solutions. The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on technical leader. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders, you will optimize mobile performance and ensure exceptional user experiences

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

• Mobile Development: 7+ years of hands-on experience in full stack mobile app development, including front-end and back-end. Deep understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, and third-party integrations. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Swift, and DevOps practices.

• Mobile Frameworks: Expertise in React Native, Flutter, Native iOS/Android UI components.

• UI/UX Design Principles: Understanding of user interface design best practices.

• Animation & Optimization: Ability to design and implement engaging animations while optimizing for performance and resource eYiciency.

• Prototyping and Innovation: Skilled in rapid prototype development, employing iterative design and testing techniques to refine functionalities quickly.

• Cloud Architecture: Deep understanding of cloud solutions and architectures.

• Security & Scalability: Strong command over mobile security standards and experience architecting scalable, high-availability solutions
