Overview:

The Senior Manager, Data Delivery will spearhead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of innovative data projects that align with our organization's vision. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can drive transformative data solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of data delivery strategies that align with organizational goals and drive innovation in data management practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of data projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Inspire and mentor a team of data professionals, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance data delivery processes and foster a data-driven culture.
  • Establish governance frameworks and KPIs to monitor project performance, continuously seeking opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in data management or project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on innovative data solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud-based data platforms (Azure is preferred), with a passion for emerging technologies.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and project management tools, with a track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions that align with the company’s long-term vision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

The salary for this position is $170,00-$180,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As a result, we aim for flexibility in structuring competitive compensation offers to ensure we are able to attract the best candidates. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
