Job description

Title:  Director of Sales and Account Management
Location: 100% Remote Anywhere, Denver Hybrid Preferred
Type:  Direct Hire
Travel:  25 – 50%   3-4 Domestic Conferences and 1 annual trip to Germany
Salary Range:   Base Salary is 80k to 110k.  Bonus is 100k pending total, so total compensation is around 180k to 210k USD.

Job Description:  As the Director of Sales and Account Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by managing client relationships and overseeing the implementation of digitalization strategies. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions that leverage the power of Oracle technologies, with a strong emphasis on intelligent business processes and digital transformation.

Required:
  • Oracle Cloud experience preferred, but general SaaS experience would also be considered).
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, with the ability to self-generate leads and manage the full sales lifecycle.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with business application software in at least one of the following areas: ERP, SCM/Logistics, EPM, CX, HCM.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and present effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • A self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented approach, with excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
  • At least 4 years of client-facing experience, ideally in a sales or account management capacity within the IT or software industry.  Consulting.
  • Experience in managing complex sales processes, including long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
