  • Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce the insurance agency and its services.
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs and interest in obtaining an insurance quote.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to gather required information for quoting purposes.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all calls.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to ensure prospects receive accurate and timely quotes.
  • Meet or exceed call and lead generation targets on a regular basis.
  • Assist in handling inbound inquiries when necessary.
