Job description

Job Title: SFDC Business Analyst (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Solution Design and Requirements Analysis.
  2. Demonstrate proofs-of-concept, directly interacting with the client stakeholders.
  3. Write-up a full-fledged BRD; Process-flow documents; Write user-stories, and any other documentation as needed for the Salesforce Implementation.
  4. Gather business requirement (requirements maybe related to implementation of SFDC Service/Sales Cloud/Marketing Cloud/Community Cloud/Chatter, or may pertain to development of pure-play Custom-applications on the Force.com platform)
  5. Build prototype configurations in Sales/Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud /Community Cloud/Force.com/Chatter as part of Design phase.
  6. Coordinate with Development, Configuration and Testing teams during build and deployment phases of the project.
  7. Liaise between IT and business teams to help clarify questions and requirements.
  8. Grasp user requirements quickly, and present information to users effectively during design / prototype reviews / JAD sessions.
Qualifications:
  1. Total IT industry experience of at least 10 years, with at least 8 of those in Salesforce.com and Sales/Service Cloud. Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Sales/Service Cloud / Community Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight will be necessary.
  2. Knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud - should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration and administration essentials.
  3. Apex/Visualforce programming background/experience preferred.
  4. Must be able to write-up a full-fledged BRD; Process-flow documents; Write user-stories, and any other documentation as needed for the Salesforce Implementation.
  5. Ability to capture requirements from business users.
  6. Strong hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements), Gap analysis documents/Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation.
  7. Prior experience in designing solutions in Sales/Service Cloud/Community Cloud/Marketing Cloud/ Force.com based on a BRD, and churning out a Solution Design / Technical Design Document.
  8. Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies, and in running end-to-end Requirements-gathering and Design-brainstorming whiteboarding sessions.
  9. Able to build prototype configurations in Sales/Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud /Community Cloud/Force.com/Chatter as part of Design phase.
  10. Good communication and analytical skills are a must.
  11. Experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination,
  12. Late-evening and/or early-morning calls with Offshore development/configuration/testing teams will be part of the Project in the long-run.
