Job description

Role: Genesys Engage (on-prem) SME
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 9 months
Work Hours: US Time
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates Can work from anywhere in USA)

Must Haves:

Experience on Genesys eServices suite including Chat Server/Client/IXN/URS/ORS/UCS etc.
- N+1 cluster architecture for IXN Server and IXN Proxy
- Client cluster
- Chat server HA in n+1 cluster
Experience with regular/SYNC and ASYNC Chat
Genesys Reporting including realtime/historical
- Pulse
- ICON/IM etc.
Experience with Genesys Framework,
Understanding and knowledge of Apple messages for business
