POSITION SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Contract Director, the Contract Manager will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth by reviewing, revising, and negotiating client contracts; escalate complex legal and factual issues to management and when appropriate, and assist in resolution; recommend improvements and innovations to contract templates and the contracting process. Working with Sales, Consulting Services and Client Success, apply best practices methodologies to support the sales process, change order process, renewal processes, and supporting templates.
