About the Job 

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Media Manager to oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Bing Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate networks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media strategies, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns while driving ROI and achieving marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities 

Paid Media Strategy and Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to meet business objectives, including lead generation, revenue growth, and brand awareness.

  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and affiliate platforms.

  • Plan and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.

  • Create tailored ad strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

Campaign Optimization and Performance

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against KPIs.

  • Adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure optimal performance and ROI.

  • Leverage automation tools and AI features within platforms like Google and Meta to enhance campaign efficiency.

  • Continuously refine landing pages in collaboration with the product and content teams to improve conversion rates.

Affiliate Marketing

  • Help manage affiliate partnerships and networks, ensuring consistent lead flow and profitability.

  • Negotiate affiliate terms, commission structures, and promotions to attract and retain high-performing affiliates.

  • Analyze affiliate performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Create and present detailed campaign reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.

  • Track and attribute campaign performance across all platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.

  • Analyze competitors’ paid media strategies and recommend improvements.

Collaboration

  • Partner closely with content, creative, and development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across campaigns.

  • Stay up to date with the latest platform changes, tools, and paid media trends to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Train junior team members and provide guidance and added support on campaign execution and optimization

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate marketing platforms.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio

  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placement strategies.

  • Experience with conversion tracking, UTM implementation, and attribution modeling.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data visualization tools.

  • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads are highly preferred.
