Job description

Compose.ly is seeking a writer specializing in HR compliance to help create persuasive pieces of content for our client to educate current and potential customers and sell their services on their website.

Commitment and Duration

Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Responsibilities
Execute the client’s 2025 content plans by
  • Writing and editing blog posts, optimized for SEO
  • Drafting and creating guides
  • Writing content for the client’s website

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in HR compliance and copywriting.
  • Experience as an HR practitioner (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of pay reporting, pay equity, pay transparency, affirmative action planning, compensation compliance, and labor/employment law.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and conversion-focused content.
  • SHRM or HRIS certification (optional but a plus).
