Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is a remote position that plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to our patients and supporting our mission of Exceptional Clarity. Superior Care.
As part of our growing healthcare team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with billing inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction while maintaining our high standards of care.
Job Responsibilities
As a healthcare CSR, you will:
Manage high volumes of inbound calls from patients with billing inquiries or payment questions.
Make outbound collection calls to patients with past-due balances.
Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the customer information system.
Act as a liaison between patients and our company, ensuring clear communication and problem resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and concerns with professionalism and care.
Stay informed about customer needs and trends to continuously improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
Education
High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred).
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of inbound/outbound call center experience in a medical office, clinic, or institutional setting.
Experience in radiology or healthcare is a strong advantage.
Skills & Abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to follow issues through to resolution with attention to detail.
Positive and professional demeanor, able to represent the company well in all interactions.
