So, what will your new role look like?   

As a CRM Analyst at Workleap, you’ll ensure our marketing, sales, and CX teams leverage HubSpot to its full potential. You’ll be key in maintaining data accuracy, optimizing workflows, and supporting critical projects like CRM migration and process enhancements. Responsibilities:

  • Campaign and Initiative Support: Support marketing, sales, and CX leaders in setting up tracking systems for all revenue initiatives such as campaigns, webinars, events, co-marketing, etc.
    Ensure marketing initiatives are properly operationalized within the CRM for accurate ROI tracking.
  • Data Accuracy and Integrity: Develop dashboards to monitor CRM data health and perform regular audits to resolve inaccuracies. Collaborate with teams to address root causes, implement preventive measures, and lead deduplication efforts to ensure reliable data.
  • System Optimization: Collaborate on CRM integrations and partner with the RevOps team to enhance CRM workflows and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Training: Work closely with team leaders to monitor and enforce CRM data integrity guidelines and deliver training sessions to team members on CRM processes and best practices.
  • Support for Critical Projects: Assist with ongoing RevOps projects, including CRM migration and customer journey operationalization for new business, renewals, expansions, and cross-sells.

A typical week?   

  • Supporting marketing, sales, and CX teams with initiatives like webinar tracking, co-marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Conducting CRM data audits and resolving identified issues.
  • Creating dashboards to track data accuracy, initiative performance, and user compliance.
  • Collaborating with the RevOps team to optimize workflows and enhance system capabilities.
  • Training team members and resolving day-to-day CRM-related questions or issues.

What does your future team look like?   

You’ll report to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborate with a talented team including specialists in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, CX Ops, and Revenue Systems. Together, we’re building a robust, scalable RevOps foundation to drive alignment and growth.

  • Building scalable automation and processes to support company growth.
  • Ensuring data integrity while enabling flexible experimentation across teams.
  • Supporting innovative campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue, including spiffs, co-marketing programs, and lead-generation enhancements.

Qualifications 
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM administration or a related RevOps role.
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in building workflows, automations, and managing large datasets.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with CRM integrations and data migration projects.
