We are currently searching for a Remote UX/UI Designer:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designs that meet project requirements and enhance user engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective design strategies.
• Articulate design concepts, processes, and methodologies clearly to teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee and provide guidance to development teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
• Propose and execute innovative design solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Mid-level to Senior-level experience in UI/UX design.
• Demonstrated ability to present and defend design decisions confidently.
• Strong proficiency in UI design tools and frameworks.
• Strategic mindset to address design challenges effectively and provide creative solutions.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
