UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with experience in Figma who can also assist with various virtual tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly collaborative, capable of brainstorming with the lead developer, and have a keen eye for modern, user-friendly web application design.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web application interfaces using Figma.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize the user experience.
• Collaboration & Brainstorming: Work closely with the lead developer to brainstorm and refine design ideas for web applications.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Virtual Assistance Tasks: Provide general virtual assistance, such as documentation, research, and administrative support as needed.
• Design System Maintenance: Maintain and update UI components for consistency across projects.
• Basic Content Updates: Assist with content updates in web applications or platforms if required.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, and UI design).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers and product teams.
• Experience in user research and usability testing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to brainstorm creatively.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.

Work Details:

• Work hours: 9 AM to 5 PM EST
• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Fully remote – Work-From-Home
• You will be working with one of our clients as part of our Remote BPO team
