Job description

What’s the Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role you will influence hiring decisions at an early stage. Your goal will be to bring on top talent, while showcasing our employer brand and championing our high performance culture. 

You’ll manage and drive the full recruitment cycle, acting as a trusted partner to candidates and Hiring Managers as you work to build a personal and friendly experience that is representative of Distilled and our market-leading brands, Daft.ie, DoneDeal.ie and Adverts.ie.

What will I be doing

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to fully understand their requirements and recruit candidates that will be successful

  • Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing on multiple channels, screening CV's, pre screen interviewing and closing candidates

  • Identify, prescreen and evaluate both passive and active candidates

  • Obsess about the candidate experience and keep candidates informed with quality communications throughout the interview process

  • Represent Distilled’s vision and values with integrity and professionalism

  • Track and analyse metrics and report on hiring progress to the business and HR team.

  • Concentrate on crafting strategic plans for sourcing candidates with a diverse group of backgrounds for each of your roles

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry

  • Actively promote our employer brand by sharing social posts regarding open roles and marketing our perks and Company culture, do this by utilising LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram
