This is a remote position.

Position: Admin Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish/English)​

Location: Remote
Schedule: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM US Central Time, Tuesday to Saturday

Overview:
Join a dynamic and high-energy team as a Admin Assistant dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and operational support in the insurance industry. We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (English and Spanish) individual who is ready to work hard and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist in servicing accounts for auto, home, and commercial insurance.
  • Support an experienced office manager with sales-related tasks and administrative duties.
  • Be present and engaged on camera (via Zoom) throughout the workday to maintain seamless communication with the team.
