Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Client Timezone: 
Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia

  • Work remotely for a minimum of 20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours as the business grows

  • Manage all aspects of the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms

  • Oversee e-commerce operations on Shopify, including both retail and wholesale accounts

  • Handle email marketing strategy and implementation

  • Collaborate with the business owner to align digital strategies with overall business goals


    Responsibilities
    :

  • Create and schedule 4-5 daily social media posts across various platforms

  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages

  • Design creative content for product promotions and brand awareness

  • Set up and manage a wholesale account on Shopify

  • Perform regular updates and tweaks to the Shopify store

  • Upload new products and update existing product information as needed

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp

  • Analyze social media and e-commerce metrics to drive growth and engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry

  • Proficiency with Shopify, including experience with wholesale account setup

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp

  • Basic graphic design skills for creating social media content

  • Strong written communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
