Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Hawaii time, initially 9 AM to 1 PM or 10 AM to 2 PM

Scope:

Manage and create content for all social media accounts
Assist in growing the podcast’s online community
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies
Support the creation and distribution of email newsletters
Collaborate on outreach efforts for potential podcast guests
Transform podcast content into various formats for different platforms
Ensure visual consistency across all content

Responsibilities:

Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
Transform podcast ideas and recordings into engaging social media posts
Edit graphics and videos for social media use
Engage with the community through comments and direct messages
Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
Reach out to potential podcast guests via email
Monitor and report on social media analytics
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements:

Experience in social media management, preferably in the podcast or self-development space
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva)
Strong written communication skills in English
Familiarity with email marketing platforms
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetically pleasing content
